Many students are struggling with intermediate accounting. I have suggested some techniques that can help successfully overcome this issue when selecting accounting courses in London.

1) A solid foundation of accounting principles; if you do not study Principles well, you will fall into an intermediate level. If some aspects of the “Principle” are confusing you, please go back and review it, because there is no doubt that you will encounter the topic again in the “Intermediate”.

2) Some materials are confusing; don’t give up. When you are confused, please leave the material and change it back to another day. Most likely, you will not learn many topics in the first place. Perseverance! !

3) Before class, please read each chapter to discuss the chapter. In this way, what your professor said will be more meaningful.

4) When doing homework, please try to solve the problem yourself; think of something before class.

5) Develop a learning model and try to retain the material conceptually instead of remembering everything. You can then make educated guesses on more detailed questions. The possibility of trying to remember various situations is impossible and frustrating.

Tips for Succeeding in Intermediate Accounting

6) If you have any questions, please seek answers immediately. Unanswered questions will seriously affect you and your classmates.

7) Keep up with work! Backwardness is devastating.

8) Don’t wait until the last minute to start learning. You should start studying about a week before the exam.

9) Redouble your efforts in the course because the materials are not easy; but on the other hand, this is not impossible.

10) Take many notes in class, especially any examples and illustrations placed on the blackboard. Review the notes as soon as possible after class and read your notes every night to become more familiar with the textbook. Then, when you study, you will not learn all the new materials. You can skip what you already know, and then concentrate on where you don’t know.

11) Outline this chapter for yourself so that you can learn from it instead of this book. Expressing written material in your own words can usually help you clarify the material.

13) Place an asterisk next to the book topics that your professor emphasizes, and pay special attention to these topics when preparing for the exam.

14) Please do not read these chapters with your friends before learning the chapters yourself.

15) Use your professor’s office hours. They will be very helpful.

16) Schedule time during the exam so that you have the opportunity to deal with each question.

17) Try not to miss any courses.

If you follow these tips, the course will become easier.
